A Tourists Adventure
Tourism is a big thing in Jamaica. It is responsible for a majority of the revenue for Jamaica. Roughly 1.3 million tourists visit Jamaica annually. This means Americans with money will spend money there, helping the economy of Jamaica greatly. More tourists create jobs for local Jamaicans. They take jobs in hotels, or as tour guides. In fact, some Jamaicans will even try to charge you money for a little advice. They are very eager to make money to bring home to their families. Major tourism hot spots include Montego Bay, a beautiful beach side city. It is filled with resorts, hotels, and cool places to visit. If you are looking for a cool place to visit, then Jamaica would be a great place to visit.
